Pete Signoretti Chairman/CEO

Pete has a BA in Chemistry from the University of Bridgeport and completed postgraduate studies in Management at Columbia and Duke Universities. After a 20 year career with American Cyanamid Company that began in fiber research, he worked his way through a number of sales and management positions that resulted in his heading up sales & marketing for Cyanamid’s specialty chemicals business. He moved to Atlanta with his young family in 1988 to accept a role as Director of Corporate Development with Colloids, Inc, a subsidiary of RTZ Chemicals. When Rhone Poulenc purchased the chemical assets of RTZ in 1989, Pete became Business Director for the North American Paper business. In 1993, Pete formed Signoretti & Associates, Inc. and co-founded Ulterion in 2001. Pete now lives in South Carolina with is wife Ann.

Barry Lindler President/COO

Barry is a 1986 Graduate of University of Georgia with a BS Chemistry degree. He spent his first years as a Research and Development Chemist with Colloids Inc. developing water soluble coatings and additives for, the textile, non-wovens, automotive, and paper industries. 1989 to 1995 were spent with American Cynamid and Cytec Industries as a Technical Sales Representative focused on Water Treating and Mining Chemicals. In 1995 Seichem was formed and the area of focus was concentrated on water soluble polymers and uses in the food industry and mining additives. In 2001, Pete Signoretti and Barry Lindler co-founded Ulterion International. The primary areas of focus for Barry are; Operations, and sales for the West Coast, Eastern Europe and all of Asia. He is married to Tracey and has two wonderful children, Jessica and Christopher. Hobbies include coaching youth sports, Boy Scouting, and traveling with his family.

Clint Varnadore Vice President Sustainable Packaging & Technology

Clint Joined Ulterion in 2004 as the Technical Manager responsible for polymer research and development. Clint has 17 plus years in polymer development, project management, and sales support in paper, textile/garment, plastic additives, and other industrial applications. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Chemistry and post graduate studies in business administration at Georgia State University.
